Thanks for the great comments about Kiwanis and the "promo" for the Pendleton Round-Up Kiwanis group's "Bikers in the Blues" event scheduled for July, 2009! Our event in 2008 was fun (Poker run, BBQ, street dance, cowboy breakfast, etc.) and we made quite a bit of money to contribute to the Northwest Burn Foundation (an organization that provides summer camp opportunities to children who are burn victims.) By the way - your blog is interesting reading, although I must admit that Lynette and I were a bit anxious about how we might find ourselves on a bikers blog! :-) Needless anxiety, I might add.
